1. Information we collect

When you sign in with LinkedIn, we receive the basic profile information LinkedIn provides through OpenID Connect: your LinkedIn member ID, name, profile picture URL, and verified email address. If you choose to manage LinkedIn Pages through the Service, we additionally receive the list of Pages you administer and the metadata required to publish on their behalf.

We also store the content you create inside the Service (drafts, scheduled posts, reshares, monitored pages) and a minimal record of publishing activity (timestamps, success/error status from LinkedIn). We do not collect data about your LinkedIn connections, messages, search queries, or feed activity.

2. How we use information

We use the information described above to operate, maintain, and improve the Service: to authenticate you, to display the correct actor and Pages in the interface, to publish the posts you schedule, and to surface the curated feeds you set up. We use service-side logs to investigate errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your information to train third-party machine-learning models, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing or analytics purposes. We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to run the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, transactional email) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations, and with LinkedIn itself when publishing the content you instruct us to publish.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or a binding request from a competent authority — and only to the extent strictly required.

4. Storage and security

OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by LinkedIn are encrypted at rest. Data is hosted within the European Economic Area. Access to production data is limited to authorised personnel, logged, and reviewed.

5. Retention and deletion

You can disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time from inside the Service. Doing so revokes the access tokens we hold and triggers deletion of your profile, Page list, drafts, scheduled posts, and curated feeds within thirty (30) days. Service-side logs are retained for a maximum of ninety (90) days for security and debugging purposes.

6. Your rights

If you are based in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with comparable rules, you have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@postmateai.com.

7. Cookies and analytics

This marketing site uses no cookies, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. Inside the authenticated Service, we use a single strictly-necessary session cookie to keep you signed in.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to people under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect data about them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users and reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
