These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PostmateAI service operated by 2C Ventures OÜ ("PostmateAI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
PostmateAI provides a workspace to compose, schedule, and publish content to LinkedIn — as a personal user and, where authorised, on behalf of LinkedIn Pages you administer. The Service interacts with LinkedIn through the official LinkedIn APIs.
You authenticate using Sign In with LinkedIn. You are responsible for keeping your LinkedIn account secure and for any activity carried out through the Service while you are signed in. You agree not to share your account with anyone outside your organisation.
You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable law, the LinkedIn User Agreement, and the LinkedIn API Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Service to: publish content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, deceptive, or that violates LinkedIn's Professional Community Policies; circumvent LinkedIn rate limits; impersonate any person or entity; or perform automated engagement (likes, comments, follows, connections) beyond the explicit publishing actions provided by the Service.
You retain ownership of the content you create with the Service. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit that content solely as necessary to operate the Service on your behalf. You represent that you have all rights necessary to publish the content you submit through the Service.
The Service is an independent product. PostmateAI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation. "LinkedIn" is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Your use of LinkedIn through the Service is also governed by LinkedIn's own terms.
The Service may be offered free of charge, on a paid plan, or under a private agreement. Pricing for paid plans, if any, will be presented before you incur any charge. We may change pricing on prospective notice.
You may stop using the Service and disconnect your LinkedIn account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if continued operation is incompatible with LinkedIn's terms, or for security or legal reasons. Upon termination, the deletion process described in the Privacy Policy applies.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that LinkedIn endpoints will remain available without change.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) one hundred euros (€100) or (b) the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to active users and reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
